Rick Gallitto
Co-Founder & CEO
Rick has 38 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He has a successful track record of building and scaling CRE lending and investment management platforms. Serves as an investment committee member and is responsible for implementing investment strategy and overseeing originations and team building.
Prior roles included Co-President of Angel Oak Commercial Lending and President of Plum Lending. He was the co- Founder and President of Tremont Realty Capital, an SEC registered investment advisor. After selling Tremont to the RMR Group, he was part of the team to bring public Tremont Mortgage Trust (TRMT:NASDAQ) and remained as Co-President and Chief Investment Officer.
Rick was the Northeast Regional Director of Finova Realty Capital, a publicly-traded finance company and SVP of CB Richard Ellis. Rick holds an AB degree in Economics from Harvard University. He is a current or past member of CREFC, ICSC, ULI, REFA and MBA.to, Title
Nik Chillar
Co-Founder & President
Nik has 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Credit with additional focus in Capital Markets and Technology.
Most recently was Co-President of Angel Oak Commercial Lending. Prior roles included Managing Director of Western Alliance Bancorporation (NYSE: WAL); Senior Trader at the MUFG Union Bank subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, where he was responsible for the investment, management and reporting of the U.S. portfolio of CMBS & Corporate CLO securities. Managing Director of Charter Mac Mortgage Capital where he ran the commercial loan origination program; Managing Director of Tremont Realty Capital, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor, and Director of Lehman Brothers new market securitizations team in Western Europe as well as the head of capital markets for Lehman’s US small balance commercial loan business.
Nik received a B.A. in Social Science/Economics and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and has served on the executive board of the C.R.E.F.C. trade association and a number of fintech company boards.
Tom Morgan
General Counsel & Senior Advisor
Morgan serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ACTIV Capital. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of TMorgan Advisers LLC, a regulatory consulting firm in the financial services industry which acts as an outsourced compliance function for SEC regulated fund managers. Tom brings over 35 years of experience in the financial and technology industries to the team, and has been a practicing attorney since 1984. Tom has been actively engaged in the regulatory compliance industry since 2006.
In that capacity he has served as Chief Compliance Officer to asset managers in diverse strategies including commercial real estate, global macro and emerging market hedge funds, mid-stream oil and gas, venture capital, foreign exchange trading and closed-end funds. These asset managers varied in size, with assets under management ranging from $500MM to over $20Billion. Prior to founding TMorgan, he served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Tremont Realty Capital (TRMT:NASDAQ).
Tom has also been an entrepreneur in the technology industry, having co-founded a software development company in the early 1990’s and later acting as Chief Operating Officer for a publicly traded graphics technology company. Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and holds a AB Degree in Economics from Harvard University and a JD Degree from Boston College School of Law.
Mike Hart
Senior Director
Mike Hart is a Senior Director at ACTIV Capital where he applies his broad experience in direct lending to develop thoughtful capital strategies for his clients by applying ACTIV’s direct lending products in well thought out structured financings. Over his 30 year career he has originated a variety of senior & subordinated debt structures financing construction, bridge, and stabilized commercial assets, including a handful of JV equity for both existing and new developments. In addition to his financing experience, he has previously served as an acquisitions and asset management officer for a national development company investing pension fund capital.
Mike’s prior experience includes acting as a Managing Director at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, as Managing Director of Sun Trust Bank, and as a Senior Director of Tremont Realty Capital and FINOVA Realty Capital.
Mike Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
Dan Mee
Senior Advisor
Daniel Mee is currently President a Dillon Capital Advisors and a Director and Trustee of Cambridge Financial Group, a $6 billion Multi-Bank Holding company. He has served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Tremont Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq TRMT) and as Senior Vice President of The RMR Group, with over $35 billion in AUM, since RMR acquired Tremont in 2016.
With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and capital markets industry and his experience leading a major assets group at the FDIC in the early 1990’s, he serves as a strategic advisor to the management team at ACTIV. Mr. Mee began his career at JP Morgan Chase Bank in New York City and speaks frequently as a panelist and thought leader at industry conferences in addition to lecturing at several universities on real estate capital markets topics.
He has passed the Series 7 and 63 US Securities examinations and holds an AB in Economics from Harvard College, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Victor Lattanzi is the founder and managing general partner of Investment Capital Group and Semper Partners RE. Investment Capital Group (ICG) is a private consulting firm specializing in transactions that involve merging, buying, selling, or financing well-established assets across a wide range of industries. Semper Partners RE acts as commercial real estate investment bankers, we offer real estate investors private equity and debt procurement services to principals.
Prior experience includes Managing Director of Investment Banking at Highland Capital/NexBank Capital and Senior Vice President of M&A at Capital Alliance Corporation.
Victor holds an AB in History from Harvard College.

Rosano Partners is a technology centered commercial Real estate brokerage company. They are an early adopter of new platforms and tools in addition to developing and partnering with other tech firms that are adding value to our business.
Mr. Rosano is also the Managing Principal of the Roman Group, a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm. The firm focuses on value added multifamily and retail investments.
He is also the Founder of LivingQ . A firm helping in the creation of one of the coolest Coliving brands on the West Coast. They have over 100 rooms under management and more to come. We curate the coliving experience to our members and tenants. We respect the history and culture of the communities we locate in. We are believers in living local and connecting global.
Mr. Rosano was as Senior Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces.
He holds a BA in business and economics from UCLA.
